I recently purchased a top from Robbins and it didnt have the front straps. Made a call and talked to their customer service and asked if I could get the straps next day air since I have my car in pieces.

They were polite and shipped me out the 2 straps that day and I just got them this morning.

Mistakes happen, but I do like to see some quality customer service, very rare these days.
