try using eagle one metal/aluminum/mag polish...ist in a little container, all wadded up...smells like gasoline....makes the exhaust tips like a friggen mirror, and is great on the wheels too....

Unlike ebay, this forum has no feedback. So whenever I look for expensive items, I always go local just to make sure.

So a few weeks ago, I was about to purchase some SSR GT1s. "perfect condition" supposedly. Anyway, we met up, and guess what... 1 rim had significant scratches throughout. The other rims had a few tiny chips here and there also. The seller said the scratches would buff out. I guess he smoked too much crack that day. Needless to say, I was happy I checked it out first, and felt very very sorry for the poor soul he sold it too in connecticut.

Any fool can join s2ki and sell something. At least w/ ebay, there is feedback. Personally, I would be P.O.'d and demand all my money back. If he balks, go there yourself or talk to TITS. good luck.

Yes TITS is a great group, and even though I have only bought one thing from a peep on this forum, I got lucky and he is already known as a honest fellow I have looked at some other items, but based on searches for posts that they have posted, I decided against it. And there was one time that I just plum could not part with the amount of cash for the purchase

I wouldn't even wait until Monday to rat this guy out. He screwed you and he did it intentionally. As for the scratches on the wheels, it is possible that they were scratched in shipping. But, this would still be his fault if he did not package them properly. I'm certain that the tires didn't loose "70%" of their tread during shipping so I would seriously doubt that they were scratched during shipping.

I HATE LIARS! RAT HIM OUT BEFORE HE SCREWS SOMEONE ELSE!

I might suggest leaving it open until his check clears.

Shipping these wheels and tires to you in that condition is a complete fraud. Whoever this member may be, should be ashamed of himself. He's morally bankrupt!
