Someone put a lot of time and money into that. With that said - people can spend a lot of time and money on something that is crap - this is a great example.

I am sure the guy who did it liked it and if he is happy with it that is all that matters, oh wait he is selling it so he must have realized that it is crap.

I think its not raised, its just the body kit + no drop + taller tires that make it look like that: 225/40/18 is not the right diameter, is it?

Btw, my engine paint was looking like that, I think its like brake fluid spill...or it was made defective during those years. I peeled mine off and repainted it bright ass green.. :B
