No problems with my MY04. Have someone drive behind you and see if your brake lights flicker on. May be the switch.
I seem to recall having heard of a thread like this before...try a search and see what you find. If I come across it I will post it up.

Yep, it's likely the clutch or brake switch. It doesn't take much movement of those pedals to cause the cruise control to disengage. It could be possible that yours are moving when you go over a bump.
