Someone mentioned http://www.classified2000.com having lots of S2000s listed, so I went to check it out. What do I find but an add for a new 2001 S2000 in Georgia listed at invoice... 29,172.00! Anyone think this could be for real?

If it's for real, it's a very good deal. if you're in the market, I'd suggest going for it.

It says "listed without milage" I would assume that means it is a used car and the milage isn't listed. Even with miles on it, sounds like a good deal.

Blah, bait and switch... or simply false advertising. Anyway, I just spoke with someone at the dealership and they want to sell me a car that's over $35k. Oh well, it didn't hurt to try.

I live in Gerogia (40 miles from Atlanta) Three weeks ago I bought a S2000, MY2001.

The dealer gave me a deal for a Yellow s2k (he had four yellows, two reds, one silver, one black on the lot) after getting the price UNDER MSRP for the Yellow, I told him I would buy it NOW if he gave me the RED one! 10 minutes later....I wrote out the check. Yes I got mine for under MSRP...they start with $3,000 over sticker, but just play strong they will come down, it took me one week but they came down!

If you are looking for a S2000 try Hennessy Honda (I575 & SR92)[770-924-9000]. They still have SIX on the lot right now. Ask for Scott Thompson, I bought mine through him. Service is great and the people are nice and not pushy!

I talked my dealer down $3,500 and still payed $35k. Oh well, it was worth it! Nothing but ever since!
