actually I thought it was "Butt F*cking Egypt" -- that is to say, so remote and so isolated that there aren't any women for hundreds of miles around and... well... what happens in the sand dunes stays in the sand dunes... (ahem)

Keep a roll of paper towels in your trunk. Use one paper towel when getting gas. Roll it up and put it under the nozzle to catch the drips that always fall from the nozzle no matter how careful you are.
Keep a 3/8 inch drive breaker bar, a 3/8 inch torque wrench and a 3/8 inch 19 mm deep socket in your trunk. They are much better for changing tires than the tools that came with the car.
Keep an old sock (washed) in the glove compartment. It fits over the shift knob and is a nice thing to have on especially hot or especially cold days. The knob gets real hot and real cold.
When washing the car, wash and dry from back to front. It is just easier to avoid having to redo the drying that way.
Use the trip odometer A to keep track of miles driven on a tankfull of gas. Set it to zero each time you fill up. Use trip odometer B to keep track of expensible miles. Use it for each trip to a client or for business.
Always back into your parking spot at the mall or at work and don't back all the way to the line. This way when someone pulls into the spot behind and insists on pulling up as far as possible, they still won't touch you. Similarly, when stopped at a light, leave a great deal of space between you and the car in front. If possible keep your foot off of the brake or very lightly on the brake. If someone hits you from behind, because your foot is off of the brake, you will bounce and not absorb the entire impact. Because you have left a lot of space in front, you will not be pushed into the car in front. Your damage will be isolated to the rear.
Use your other car/SUV for the trips to Home Depot.

One more that I almost forgot:
When buying accessories, add ons, service or anything else, always try to buy known items from reputable vendors. Somehow it always works out cheaper and better in the long run. Sometimes the higher priced item is cheaper in the end.

On top of some paper towels I also keep a set of SHOUT!(Here's a picture of them) wipes in the car (oxyclean makes some too now). I've used this for any kinda spills on my carpet/clothes/interior. They are sold at Wal-Mart/Target/etc...
