Sean,

I have some type of a stain (I have no idea how it happened... )on my passenger seat:

It's the "wavy" dark line on the perforated part. I've tried cleaning it several times with no luck. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

How fast do you drive? Looks like your passenger wet their pants.

I got a question. I had a slice in the driver's side insert in the arm rest. I had an upholsterer try and repair it and he did so, but he colored the red over the entire insert. It does not match the panel now. Is there anything I can do?

Well it looks like it could be from perspiration, althugh I can not really tell from the angle of this, could you post some more pictures please so I can get a better view of what it exactly is.

Should be able to be heated out by a professional or touched up, depending on what is exactly wrong.

You could properly match the color and apply it over the work he has done, although you may have to strip some of his work off, then refinish if he did a bad job. PM me and I can find someone in your area or else mail the panel to me and I will do my best on it.
