Default Powdercoating ?s

One...do they need to be sand-blasted prior to powder-coating?

Two...did you put a clear-coat on them once done?

Three...what are our wheels made of?

Thanks in advance!

PM "ugotmade" . He powdercoated his OEM wheels about 8 months ago. He might be able to help you with any questions.

Yes to all your questions, Just like Joe, I had my wheels cleared after the coating. Just remove the tires from the wheels and carry them to someone whe does coating. They will do it all, and you won't have to worry about sandblasting, or anything else. BTW, the wheels are made of aluminum. The center cap is made of plastic and has to be wet coated.
