Pre 2006 DTRL
I would like to know if its possible to run day time running lights on my S2000.
I want to be a ricer and run yellow bulbs all the time - preferably at 100% brightness because of how dim yellow bulbs look vs half power of DTRL on the 06+s. Is there a way retrofit/run DTRL in my 05?
I've seen people use yellow bulbs in the high beams, but I want to be able to run them without the HIDs being on. Any ideas?
Thanks.

you could wire an on-off switch to an 'ignition on' wire such as the blue acc wire behind the radio. the wire gives positive voltage (small, not enough to power the lights) when the ignition is on. if you buy a pass/no pass switch that is positive when it senses a voltage (radio shack etc) and replace the on/off switch that comes with your lights with it, you've got DRLs.

Saw a write-up on this site a while back with a DIY for DRL's.
