If you are low on money and running out of gas, sure, you can put 87 in and it won't hurt anything. to get the performance and the 240 HP Honda claims, you need to run what they recommend.

Now, for cars that call to run 87, and putting in 91, now that's different, since it calls for 87.

If there was a turbo involved, I'd expect the HP increase is purely related to the ability to increase boost.

If you can't afford the extra couple dollars it costs to put in 91+ then you shouldn't be driving a S2000.

i don't even like going to arco. and arco's 91 octane is like chevron's 87.

poor arco, get's dissed on so much. they don't take credit, those bastards.

Warranty is over anyways.. his car is a 2000, and it's 2007 now.
