i got the dealer to install with shock sensor along with hood and trunk alarm. So if they going to pop the hood they will be deaf for while by the time they cut the power off. lol
I got a pair of Hella Horn and thinking of installing right in the hood where they open and there will be a total 3 horns (pair of hella + factory) to scream their ear to deaf.

Maybe I'm just not thinking of something,
You know about Seat Locks, but claim your method is the ULTIMATE???
Your method does absolutely NOTHING to stop the seat from being removed! (Really.)
Point 1. The doors don't need to be opened to steal the seats.
Point 2. Many seat-dealers don't open the doors, so that the alarm doesn't go off.
Try this: Stand next to your car with the top down and the window up. If you reach over the window, you can probably just reach the inside latch. Reaching in through a hole in the roof puts the latch out of reach. Most thieves slash the top, unlatch it, and pull it back manually. Then they either open the door or jump in through the open top.
Here's a demo on my car:

The seats are just as easy to unbolt with the doors closed. If the doors are closed, the seats are lifted over the roll bars and onto the trunk. It's easy when standing inside.
The bad thing about removing the seats with the doors closed is that the sharp edges of the seat rails will damage the rear and rear side panels because the clearance is tight with the steering wheel position (I know this from personal experience
). Chances are good they will damage the roll bar casings and trunk paint, as well. Reach down and feel the lower edges of the seat rails, and you'll see what I mean:
I've heard of 2 S2000s that were stolen and stripped, but the seats were still intact, because of Seat Locks. Now that's pretty "ultimate".

i personally would not do this. for one you will not pass inspection at the track. this is just as bad as having shaved handles. also, if you were in an accident they will not be able to open the door.
why not just change the bolt to some random headed one? or make something that makes it very hard to take off the bolts by putting a piece of metal there that is affixed more under the seat? or add a brace and bolts that go horizontally so there are more to remove?

thats what we got insurance for, if a thieve sees the seat locks he's gonna slash the seats cause he's pissed off, so ur gonna need new seats anyways. so why not just let him take what ever he wants so no extra damage is done.

It was just an idea. Kodokan - I wasn't sure if someone would be able to take them out without the doors being opened or not - it just seems a lot harder this way
Again, just me thinking aloud! It still seems like more of a deterrent.
