Arrow Price this S2K

I am looking for another S2K, came across this. Its an 03 with 120ish miles.. states that has some exterior damage but the worst part is that the trans has some issues shifting. Thoughts? Priced too high?

Put it on a lift and see what the under side looks like. If not all bent up, offer $5800 if the compression test is good. Put after market over fenders on it with some new front and rear bumpers and make a track car. Or go spend a lot more on a low mileage S.

Man that thing looks trashed. The damage to the quarter panel would be enough to scare me away let alone the other damage. Supposedly a new engine but having trans issues. I'd be worried about the alarm install as well. Those can cause all sorts of headaches if they were done poorly.

I think it’s prices quite low. Too me it looks like a good dead as long as all the problems is what’s listed. Used transmission are cheep and are only about $500-800. The dent on the water panel and fender look quite small and looks like it can be popped out. The interior looks like good condition and the wear on the seats bolsters look great for 130k miles. The used stock Silverstone trunk can be sourced for a few hundred. You know how to work on cars this can be a good clean 130k s2000 for 7 grand. If you think about it this car with no issues will sell all day for 10-12k.
