Use heat shield and wrap that sucker up, won't look as appealing but you won't suffer the heat soak on the body. Take your time and do it neatly.

Kodokan's heat shield is superior to heat wrapping the PRM. The wrap will protect the PRM from radiant heat coming off the block etc but eventually conductive heat will get to it from the intake manifold. If you have a vented hood, the wrap acts like a blanket keeping heat from being dissipated.
