Here's any interesting fact... because he received payment, either by mail, wire, etc. he is facing a felony. Technically, he faces heavy fines (~$10k) and maybe prison time (unlikely) Please keep all your emails and other documentation.

People or businesses that accept payment first before sending out whatever has only 48 business hours in my books to do so if they items are in their posession/stock. Beyond that time, they're either dicking around with you or have no intention of sending it out in the first place.
