Default Problem: Door Mis Aligned?

Hi all,

I've been researching this issue for a while, but I can't seem to find a permanent solution.

When I close my driver side door, it latches shut, but there is a gap from the door to the rear quarter panel. I adjusted the striker (?) that attaches the door to the body, and it seems to help temporarily, but it always gets loose again and worse after a short time.

Is there any simple solution to this? I don't want to spend a lot at a body shop if it's something I can fix on my own.

If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Tighten the striker even harder.
