Problem with new parts!!

Does anyone know where I can get a new RIGHT REAR KNUCKLE?
I hydroplaned into a wall a few weeks ago and damaged my right rear knuckle. The body shop cannot located one and there is no eta on delivery.
It is on national backorder. The part # is 52210-S2A-000.
Any help is appreciated!
