Default problems at honda2000accessories.com?? help me get in contact.

i placed an order a llooonnnggg while back with the folks a honda2000accessories a while back for a grill and front fender protector after rick recommended them to me.

well, i've waited for about 3 weeks, staying in contact with the guy who said that he was waiting on a shipment of bolts and such so he could complete my order. since then, i changed my mind on the order and canc'ed it. it was over a week ago that i asked to have my order cancelled and credit card refunded.

BUT ... before i start getting annoyed by not get prompt service, i thought i'd ask any of you who know the guy to tell me what the deal might be. anyone have any ideas?

man! people still use phones?? i have a knack for overlooking a very easy fix to my problem, eh? the phone. this is prob why the wife sighs, shakes her head and walks away all the time.

Sorry for the delay as I have been in a conference out of town the past week.

We have also been dealing with many delays on the powdercoating process on many of our orders. Almost all of our products have to be powder coated. All these problems have been solved and the orders are once again shipping out.
