Default Problems With My 04

Not sure if my car has electrical gremlins or not. I had a couple of problems recently. 1) After driving for an hour or so my tank was at half full. I parked for another hour and then went out again. Now the gas gauge showed 100% full, I stopped the car, turned off the ignition/removed the key, waited and restarted. Same problem. I kept looking at the gauge and it read full. Probably about 5 minutes later I looked back at it and it read half full again. WTF? No problems since, so not too worried about it...until today. 2) When I was pulling into the lot at work I saw my low beams start to pulsate (dim and bright) at the same time all the lights on the dash started doing the same thing. The low beams can't even do this unless something is wrong. It did this for about 5 seconds then stopped. I parked the car, popped the hood and looked around and checked the security of the fuses and wires under the drivers side dash--everything looked good. WTF! I'm beginning to get scared. Anyone have similar problems.

Wooaaah! You don't need a mechanic, you need to get a priest to perform an excorcism. Haven't had anything like that so far. That's gonna be a bitch to get fixed unless it's something that's recurring so you can shove it in the Honda service manager's face.

Right now I'm hoping... A) It never happens again and nothing is wrong or B) It happens like clockwork and I can show it to the dealer so they can fix it.

could be a bad ground....typically if you start getting erroneous reading on multiple guages, its a bad ground.

That's odd, and it will prolly only do it when you least expect it too...

Is there like a master ground? I saw like a zillion of those octopus grounds on the car in the engine bay in the drivers compartment, etc. I did tap into a ground when I hardwired the radar detector. Related maybe?

Gee, you think? Go back and check this area thoroughly for any lose wires/connections.
