I know some of this story and not to be a jerk but to me any "style" CF top SHOULD be under $1800 with everything because thats exactly what it is a copy not the original or anywhere near.
It actually should be lower than that.

Anyway, with the money you may have spent I would have went the Mugen FRP route now..
I hope everything works out for you and maybe this is a sign from the powers that be to stay clear of copy/style parts..

Cool

I feel really bad for you. My cousin is in the Navy Seals. I will ask him to take these guys out, lay them down, grease them!

oral contract
n. an agreement made with spoken words and either no writing or only partially written. An oral contract is just as valid as a written agreement. The main problem with an oral contract is proving its existence or the terms. As one wag observed: "An oral contract is as good as the paper it's written on." An oral contract is often provable by action taken by one or both parties which is obviously in reliance on the existence of a contract. The other significant difference between oral and written contracts is that the time to sue for breach of an oral contract (the statute of limitations) is sometimes shorter. For example, California's limitation is two years for oral compared to four for written, Connecticut and Washington three for oral rather than six for written, and Georgia four for oral instead of 20 for written.
If you saved the voicemail/printouts etc, then most likely you can prove the existance of and oral contract. You can sue for breach of contract if you choose to.

It is sound pretty nasty if u think / hear from one perspective.

By the way my name is Heru over streetconcept, inc YES WE KNOW THIS GUY.

My prediction that this thread will never end, especially if I try to argue-back with C4SxM5. I'm will not try to argue, I just want to explain it, make it straight and the rest of the story it is up to you guys.

The top w/o hardwares cost $2199.00 before was $1900 something.
The carbon price went up so we changed the price.

We charged this guy for $1888.00 just for the top, he keep grinding anyway we gave him $1850.00 just for the top.
ANYONE OF YOU can buy this carbon fiber top for $1850.00 + shipping all day (we have 3 in stock) we will not goona change that.

The one with the complete hardwares made by seibon cost $3950.00 why?
because of the hardwares and because it is seibon.

Is the quality the same: yes, but doesn

NOW believe that he was the cause of the price increase.
If this member you speak of is the one who owns the S2000 w/ the HT on their site then your speaking about one of my friends.

I don't think you should be flamming him because your having problems with StreetConcept.com So what if he doesn't return your calls To make the above statement is just ridiculous ... you don't know that .. Your just assuming
