i'm curious does anyone know how much is the 'dealer's hold back'? or other incentives that they get from honda for purchasing and selling the car? maybe these are classified info.

Uhhh, so you're telling me 5/mth is going to matter to a dealership? I don't think so. The problem lies with the owner of the dealership if his employees are starving, not the customer.
Just think if the dealership made an extra $5 on every customer they sold a car to and they sold 300 cars a month. That is $18000 a year extra. You are telling me that doesn't matter to a dealership?
