Programming Extra Keys for 06+

Anyone have any luck programming extra keys for 06+ S2000s? Is the dealership the only one that can do this? The dealer by me won't even program my Honda OEM keys because I did not buy it from them.

Honda will charge $150-350 for cut&program. (I've checked 4 local Honda dealerships in OC)

Independent auto locksmiths charge around $90 cut&program. Check on Yelp.
