Default THE PROS AND CONS
i recently got the mugen replica hood and i was just wondering what else other then less heat soak is good about a vented hood.

so far i havent noticed anything bad about it.

CONS:

stuff can get wet and rust easier
you have to drive around with a mismatched colored hood

Want to sell me your OEM hood?

im not a fan of cf to be honest with you but the hood painted nfr just looks tacky imo.

From what I've gathered, most aren't even lighter than the OE counterparts. So yeah, you're not really gaining anything. Although if you like how it looks, that's all that matters.

heat ventilation is important to me, I'd think that'd be a valid reason to get one

Pros:
Heat ventilation

Cons:
Your engine bay gets dirtier


Its as easy as that, everything else is in the eye of the beholder.
