Thumbs down Pss9 Install

UPS has em scheduled for delivery today, i'm wondering if anyone's got a detailed write up on how to put them together properly, then remove/re-install the pss9's. If someone can give me a heads on what the basic rule of thumb is on the sleeves like how many rotations equal an inch lower ect.... Also, if the threads are at the highst point (or "lowest") what is the minimum i can lower it? I live in chicago so i want the stiff/sporty feel but i can not lower it to much because of the weather/street conditions. All general or specific help would be greatly appreciated to make installment and adjustments go smoothly. Happy Roadstering

From what I gather, you tighten the bolt either right on top or right below the spring, but I'm not sure which one and I'm not sure how to find out how much you set it for.
