Start at invoice + destination, and work up, not at MSRP and work down. I went in last weekend, not being cocky at all but told the manager I'd been researching this purchase for over a year and I knew that sales were down and a slightly changed model was due in October. We settled on $30,300 ($600 over his invoice price). His window sticker was $33,300.
It's hard to argue the other add-ons like document fees, taxes, and additional warrantees they are pretty much what they are.
Good luck on your purchase!
Travis
