I plan to purchase a used S2000 soon, from 2000-2002. Are there any problems or tsbs that I should be aware of for these years? Transmission...etc?

What is considered a good deal for an used s2000?
(w/low miles, 1st owner, accident free, pristine condition)

Is there anything in particular to look at when purchasing a used s2000?

I currently own a 01 Prelude Type SH, how much of a difference in insurance costs would I expect?
