Just wanted to see how much others have paid for getting their vafc tuned. I called a local shop and they quoted me 140 for the install plus 300 for the tunning. I was going to try to do the install myself following the instructions givin on the website. But for the tuning, should I look for another place or is that the normal price. Thanks

 

If you are from south FL, you might want to post the question on that forum. Prices and tuner capability vary from shop to shop. See who the forum members recommend.

If you get a plug n play harness the install is not too difficult. Getting everything to fit behind the driver outside kick panel is the hardest part.

I paid about $250 for my tune from a well known and respected tuner.

 

$140 for the install?!?!?! if you were giong to spend that much, i say spend $100 on a used frog harness and install the thing yourself. as for tuning, im not sure how much it costs.. i still have mine laying in my garage uninstalled.
