Default PWR radiator opinions...

This is the cheapest radiator I can find for our car. And since functionality, not brand name is my purchase point I would be very interested in getting it if anyone on here has heard any positive things about it. It's being sold by horsepowerfreaks.com which in my experience has been very reputable.

I've just never heard of it before and it is a decent discount over what koyo and others offer. Too good to be true?

I have never used one in my S, but I have used one on my previous car Honda Civic with an LS Vtec and it kept everything cool (I was also running Mugen T-stat, Mugen thermo switch, and spoon radiator cap) The only downside was waiting for the car to warm up took more than twice as long as stock .

I took the car in to get the radiator flushed and the mechanic thought my fan didn't work cause it took so long to come on

I would say go for it I think they are great, worked as well as the Fluidyne, but is much cheaper.

As mentioned in the other thread, it is universal whereas the other ones on the site are s2000 specific. Not sure if Id test it.

Good point Ro_Ja Boy!

I did not look at the application. The one I had was for the car I owned. I would have some reservations about buying a radiator that was not designed for the specific application I was going to use it on.

hmm, I didn't realize it was universal, that's a deal break, fabricating brackets isn't my forte

The factory radiator is surprisingly efficient. There's probably equal amounts of air contacting surface area as other larger cored radiators.
