Question !
Posting!
when posting a new thread it is best to include some sort of synopsis or summary as to your questions or statements in the thread. that way people don't have to click on your thread to realize that that isn't something they wanted to read about.
for example, in this thread, a possible good title would've been:
"changing bulbs: remove bumper or not?"
see the other threads in the forum for an idea of what is generally preferred. thx.

i agree with the above...
but since we are here now, i assume that you are talking about the front turn signal bulbs?
you dont have to drop the bumper for those- there are open spaces under the hood near the lights. my recollection is that in one of them is something that has to be taken off to get into the opening. in any case, you dont have to drop the bumper, but it is a pain to try to figure out which bulb you need to pull out when you reach in.
do you have a shop manual?

If you're talking about marker lights or blinkers near the headlights, you CAN access these by turning the wheel then removing three or four plastic clips under the fender, bending down the fender liner, then reaching in or gettting someone with small arms to reach in for you. Then pick the right bulb socket, twist, and try to remember how it came out so you can properly put it back, assuming you want to put it back. (thanks to Billy (Doolings2000 ) for this advice.
