Friend's car has dent.

 

honestly... if it's not that noticable already, and you can live with it, just do the touch up paint. a friend of mine had the same issue with his altima... the dent was quarter size, the place where the paint chipped... tiny. he did the touchup paint, and he has to point it out for you to notice.
