a question about the 04 headlights....
I think if the product is offered, the demand will be great for current and future AP2 owners and AP1 owners who may be looking to convert to the new headlights.
I know personally I would highly consider a conversion myself to the 04 headlights, if there was a way to replace the orange with clear lenses.

I would be very interested in this!

Still seems to be an evident amount of amber in the housing. But I can appreciate that the new design is "less noticable" than the '00-'03 years

PS. Ummm...not sure if my vote counts tho'

Like all other mods (or none whatsoever), we each like our S2000s the way we each like our S2000s. I just happen to be on the side of the fence that isn't too hip on the amber diffusers. Not for their own sake either because I believe the S2000 headlights are some of the very sweetest-designed headlamp assemblies on the planet. Period. But I also see the amber diffusers as "an added color" within the headlamp assembly that just by itself creates "technically" 3 separate colors within the assembly. Those being, amber (of course), black (the insert), and chrome (the highbeam reflector). Me (juuuuuuust my opinion here...others are 100% entitled to their own), I think the 3 colors become "too busy" inside our well-designed headlights. And the aftermarket diffusers reduce that "busy-ness" well. If one opts for Clear (whether JDM or USDM) diffusers, I see the Clear diffuser as a "bookend" within the headlamp assembly...and somewhat mirrors the Chrome reflector cleanly. If one opts for the Smoke (again, regardless of the style) diffuser, I see the Smoke diffuser as "finishing" the black insert out to the edge of the headlamp assembly. Either way, an aftermarket diffuser "quiets" the internals of the S2000's headlamp assembly IMO. And again...just my opinion. I know quite a few folks that are perfectly happy with retaining their ambers and don't understand why I have the view I have. And I love 'em just the same
