well i don't have an I/H/E setup yet but from what I've read it'll onlt net you around 10 hp or so. Our cars are so well built from Honda that either going all out N/A (ITB's, etc.) or FI (super or turbocharger) is the only way to make some real power. I/H/E you'll feel a slight difference in performance, but it'll sound a whole lot better

BIG MONEY, small gains. But it'll make your car sound and run differently and maybe even to your liking.

You might do yourself a favour by reading the FAQs at the top of the forums. Some of your questions will be dealt with in those links. And it would have told you that this is the wrong forum to post this sort of topic.

It's personal preference really. Gains will be limited to midrange mostly, with small top-end benefits. There's more to be gained for an '00-'01 than an '02-'03 since the latter have better factory tuning (probably 5hp more). My results:

What the hell? Twohoo, based on your Dyno, your car is 220 at the wheels from stock?

220 at the hubs; it's a DynaPack dyno.
