Default Question about powdercoating my wheels

I have a 2003 Nissan 350Z. I know many S2000 owners here have had their wheels powder-coated to a dark color. I want to have it done on my car as well, on the 18" performance wheels. However, they have a coat on them already in stock form. Can this be done in a safe way?

Thanks for the help guys.

They'll have to be media blasted and cleaned before they powder coat them. No problems with doing that.

Contact AHHVTEC "Duc" at Anthony's Mufflers (Spugen). He can get you handled and the price is too cheap IMO!!!! PHIL

Will the heat associated with the powdercoating process weaken the strength of the wheel?

I've heard of the heat making them weak.

Then again, the Finish could also strengthen the wheels.
