I think you should try to buy the home at the end of Spanish Trails... I hear the Sultan is willing to sell one or more of the guest houses.

Henderson/ Green Valley area is a very nice place to live. My mom lives in Summerlin which is also a very nice place and is similar to Green Valley. Hey LVGPWhite, I saw you driving yesterday by GVHS on Arroyo Grande. Your car is looking nice!!!
