I have searched for awhile tonight for the answer to this question and have had no luck.

I am going to look at a used 2008 tomorrow and was wondering if the seats in the 2008 still allow the insertion of an inflatable lumbar bladder. In the FAQ it states that the 2008 has “Minor revisions to the seat design” but does not state what. If the 2008 seats do not allow this I will go back to looking for a clean 07.

the slight revision in th 2008 seats is the headrests are taller compared to 07, the 08 seats are of the softer leather that was used 00-05, and hte black seats have red stiching and the red black seats, are red on the entire top surface and black on the sides.
it would seem to me tht if the lumbar would work in 07 that it should work in the o8

 

Take the opportunity to do the heated seat mod!
