Default Question for those with...

Since red auto interiors always serve to remind me of, say, a swap-meet-purchased crushed velvet picture of Elvis Presley, what was it, with all due respect, that attracted you to the red interior?

It was the redness. No kidding, I was looking at Sebring/Black and Sebring/Red when I was in the market for my S2000. After seeing the two color combos sitting next to each other, I simply had to have the red. Plus, I'd just come from a dank, dark, black interior car so I wanted something a little bit different.

That's very interesting, happs22. For I thought that one had to be somehow predisposed to red in order to buy a car with a red interior.
Thank you.

I've never owned a car with red interior. Actually, I think mine would fall on the category of red/black since I have black sections in my door panel.
And the GPW with red interior just looked really racey and sexxy!

I like the red seats, but the red dash is way too bloody for my taste.

I have to say, my drive home from the dealership included the thought, "oh god, what have I done?" The red has definitely grown on me, and is a better way of having something unique than painting the car bright green.

I agree, I have grown used to it and the red doesn't seem anything out of the ordinary to me now. I decided that if I were going to get a sebring, I'd get it with the red interior because I wanted something different. The sebring/black was just too plain to me.

The fact that it looks a lot better than the black interior.
