Default Question for those with sideskirts

wouldn't side skirts scratch up the car? for instance, you put on a skirt, it looks good, you take them off to sell the car, and you have scratches on where the skirt was sitting. any suggestions on avoiding this?

With some sideskirts, you'll also have some big holes to drill into the side of the car. Scratching would be the least of your worries.
You can always apply a strip of 3M film to the car before installing the skirts.

you eithe sell it with the skirts on, or paint the panels
by the way once the buyer sees the skirts he will want them on his car!

i would also worry about the paint fadeing at different rates between being covered and being exposed to the light. If I ever part out my car, I would expect to have some repainting in that area. No biggie.
