Default Questions About Factory Manual/Workshop Manual/On CD. Need Help!

Hey Guys
Currently I am looking for a service manual for my 02 S2000.
I did some research, but I got confused now.
I saw two kind of manuals (Factory Manual & Workshop Manual).
- Factory Manual comes with part# but Workshop Manual doesn't, so any other different between these two Manuals?
- Are those two manuals same but just without the part#?
- Which is more specific and more info?
- Also I saw ebay, somebody selling HONDA S2000 SERVICE / WORKSHOP MANUAL ON CD. EBAY LINK Is this same as the Factory Manual or Workshop Manual? Or they are completely different? Is this good CD?
- Last thing, I found different version of the Service Manual. Please look at the pic in the Auction. Manual A & Manual B Which version is newer? Or is there any other newer version at dealer? Or post a link I can take a look?

Thanks
Bryant

im not really familiar with the honda service manuals or the cd manuals on ebay, but i know Helm makes a really really really really good manual and goes for about $75... definitely will be all you need... i think Helm has 2 manuals, service/body... service is the one i've seen and i believe thats all you will ever need for your s2000... helminc.com (?)

my 2 cents.

Get the Helm manual. I got the cd one off ebay. It works. but its kind of a pain to look up what you want and then have to print it out. I've heard nothing but good about the HELM.
