questions about white S2000s

which year S2000 came with the white with half red half black interior since i think the full red interior is a little too much for me

It depends on which part of the world you are talking about. As far as I know, the red+black interior combination is still available in Japan, and maybe in other markets as well. Here in the US, it was only available for MY00 and MY01. MY02 had the all red interior and MY03 had the tan(+black?) interior.
