Questions regarding JDM Headlights
Hi,
I'm getting my S2000 in December (99.9% CHANCE!!! YES!!! SO HAPPY!!!) and I'm shopping for some visual mods since my girlfriend is in Hong Kong and she can bring me some parts cheap when she comes back in December.
The first thing I want to buy are the clear headlights. I want to buy the JDM ones ($600 CDN she says) but will they fit in the USDM S2000s? Do I have to buy the actual HID bulb too, or is the "headlight case" enough?
Oh, also she also found some 16" MF10 Mugen Rims (used) for around $1800 CDN in pretty good condition. Used stuff trustworthy? Should I bite?
much thanks in advance

They do bolt right on, but the offset is different because it is for the right hand drive. You do not need lights or anything else for the headlights.

sorry, i think nobody is answering because this issue's been talked over many times. do a search and you'll see it's fine. you just need to modify the beam pattern to drive it. the prices sound very good, if they're not "hot". as for the mugen wheels, make sure they're in the correct offset.

evolution,
It is much less hassle to order the Euro headlamp housings. The beam pattern is for LHD cars already.
These just arrived!
Thanks Sue, John, and Tim!

So when placing an order for headlights, I have to specify EURO to the shop? Cuz I asked a price quote one time, and I asked for the EURO ones, and they all were like ?!?!
