i got into an accident two months ago... but couldnt get my car in repair for a whole month due to vacation.. once i got back.... my car was taken to an auto shop and it has been there for 2 and a half weeks.... close to three weeks.... im paying soo much for my car and yet didnt get to touch it this whole feb..... i was given a rental car but my question is should the other persons insurance who hit me cover at least half of my payment on my car? its not fair that im paying soo much and not see any of that money go to something positive?

anything to say about this or any knowledge?

there's been talk of a diminished value payment in other accident threads, but i highly doubt you're gonna get anyone to pay for your car payment. if you'd have bought the car outright, then you wouldn't be expecting anything, right? unrelated expense. doesn't make any sense to me. look into the dv thing, maybe something there.
