Quieter than the OEM exhaust? If you ditch the stock exhaust, it's only going to get louder from there.
But as for the quieter aftermarket ones, the Fuji and Mugen will duplicate the OEM sound volume in the low rpm range. When you punch them, both will scream.

I have the Spugen dual oval... looks mostly stock... the first 3-4000 miles it was load
and now its a little quieter
same muffler on the comptech (Magnaflow, they stopped making them because of noise levels 95-98db) 95 or lest than is legal
you have the SC.... and some SC people it will be different from non SC cars
