I have the Spugen dual oval... looks mostly stock... the first 3-4000 miles it was load
and now its a little quieter

same muffler on the comptech (Magnaflow, they stopped making them because of noise levels 95-98db) 95 or lest than is legal

you have the SC.... and some SC people it will be different from non

If you are looking for a quiet aftermarket exhaust with a nice tone I would go with a fujitsubo

 

Apexi WS or Mugen (AP1) are the quietest.

I don't know the differences between the Hyper and the Hi-Power other then the fact that one has holes for silencers.
