Default Radar Detector?

I'll be visiting Vancouver Canada over the next few weeks. Any one in that neck of the woods know where I can purchase radar detectors?

My suggestion is always the Valentine V-1...you can order it from their website.

Thanks for your responses. There is a slight problem though. I currently live in Ontario Canada where radar detectors are banned. I would love to order one from the states but I'm not sure it would make it through customs!! In Vancouver BC, they are legal and hence readily available I think.

Find an s2ki member in Vancouver who you could have the detector shipped to, then pick it up when you arrive. You mentioned you'll be there for a few weeks...they'll ship it to your door a few days after you order. You could even have them send it to the hotel you're staying at if you pay by cashier's check or something they can quickly cash.

MacGyver is right. Hook up with someone and order the V1. The rest just won't cut it in comparison. Passport 8500 is also good, but you can't live without those arrows after you've had them.
