Default Radio cover removal/installation

I'm sure this has been covered plenty of times before, but the search engine is taking forever and has been giving me error messages for the past 30 minutes.

I bought an '04 radio cover to replace my '00 plain black cover. How do I go about getting the old cover off? And how do I install the new radio cover? I'm sure it's pretty straight forward, I just want to make sure I don't do something & break anything. Thanks for your help.

1. Open the radio door.
2. With the door open all the way, grasp the door firmly.
3. Pull the door out with a quick snap (toward the back of the car)
4. Then carefully work the rest of the clips out from around the outside of the panel.
5. Keep in mind that the vents come out with the door.

There are no screws holding it in place, just clips.

Re-installation is just the reverse operation.

I don't know how to change the door itself over, but this should get you started.

You might want to tape off the console and shifter so the plastic doesn't get scratched.
