Ok so i just put my S on the road, 2000 AP1 ya know, and on my way into work i was lowering the vol. when the radio shut off. im like WTF! i tried turning it back on, pushing buttons. turn car off then on again and nothing.
What could it be?!?!
I had no time to look for fuses but ...maybe its the radio fuse?
Only thing is the anti-theft light on the radio is blinking...i cant punch the code in either.
If its the radio fuse, where is it located?

its the radio fuse, you will need the password to make it work again....(and ofcourse the new 15amp fuse)

 

Bear in mind that there are two radio fuses. One of them is the fuse for the auxilliary 12V outlet.

 

this is a convenient excuse for an upgrade

Before you check the fuses I would check to see if you hit the mute button on the left of the dash.

It was the 10A ACC fuse! Thanks SheDrivesIt...how much do I owe ya

Fuses were right above clutch pedal.
