Great idea. Where did you get it and how much did you pay for it and how does it fasten down?

That looks very nice. It would be great for trips when a full car cover takes up too much space or when your car isn't clean enough for a car cover.

I agree that I would like to have the option of purchasing this, but it does look a bit cumbersome to attach and detach. How long to put on and off?

hey everyone.

i just ordered a cockpit cover like that from top notch auto accessories (topnotchauto.com, i think) for $70. I had a similar cover for my miata and it worked very well. Easy to install (took about a minute without rushing) and provided good protection for the inside of the car.

i should get my cover for the s2k in a few days and will post again to let you know how it works out.

da hapa

ps - i found top notch through s2ki so i hope they treat s2k owners as well as muz and rick do.

How does it fasten down? Does anyone make a tuneau (spelling?) cover aka MG like?

There are 3 tabs that lock under the trunk lip, stretch tabs around each door handle, velcro ties around each mirror and wiper arm.
