I'm about ready to toss in the towel regarding this rain issue. I keep my S garaged up in Sparta, NJ, 20 miles away, and usually only go get it when I know the weather will be clear for a few days in a row. But it's been so danged rainy recently, I may have to just start driving it in the rain, it's only a car after all as ugotmade points out.
Case in point today: Weather forecast was for some serious rain, and we didn't get didly. I had resolved to just drive it through the wet today, the hell with it, but then it doesn't even rain! So I'm determined to be less obsessive about this from now on, my car is coming up on its 3rd birthday with 16,000 on the clock, 'bout time I start driving it whenever. And wet roads can be lots of fun with the S if you know just how far to push...

Rainy season will hit these shores soon. I give up trying to clean it for a month or so. Hope I can Zaino it for some extra protection before the rain really sets in
