I ran out of windshield wiper fluid, and I saw RainX winshield wiper fluid at Pep Boys. I thought: What and excellent product!

I was using it this morning when this huge bug was playing chicken with me. The stuff is really good!
But, now I remember someone saying that RainX is bad for our rear plastic window.

Well, here's the problem:

Do you think the ingredients of RainX windshield wiper fluid will harm the soft top? Our washer jets are pretty strong...and I know the soft top can get sprayed at times. I have even noticed some water droplets on the rear window from the washer jets when spraying them while parked.

I don't know if it will damage the top or not, but my friend filled up his Prelude with that stuff, and it leave bad streaks. He can't wait to empty it so he can use some normal stuff.

Euclid,

Hmmm...dunno about your prelude friend. The stuff is working really good for me.

I bet it ends up eating a hole in my soft top and making little bubbles in my rear plastic window.

I guess I'll report back in a couple weeks to let everyone know...
