well its obviously making contact with something -

do you have hood dampers/strut bar installed?

is it an aftermarket hood or oem?

you need to be a little more specific if we are going to try to help you at all.

 

check if it is screwed on tight, that it hasn't come loose. oem hood?

rattles all the time?
rattles on bumps?
rattles at speed?
rattles at idle?
