00-03 have some resonating clutch spring issues, from what I've heard.

Not to mention the stock clutch sucks.

, the stock clutch isn't strong because honda didn't want a heavy 'shock' on the other drivetrain components.

arrgh - that annoying noise when the clutch is released - it is the sand in an otherwise perfect sandwich - I noticed the noise and buzzy vibration felt at the clutch pedal particularly shifting from 2nd to 3rd. I've had my MY2004 back to the dealer twice. The service rep and service manager told me it is normal "resonance". I wonder what is resonating?
1,000 miles and still the noise. . .

To xmugens2kx. I think we have over sensitive hearing. It's probably because i used to drive a car called a Rover Coupe Turbo. (It was very unreliable). I don't think it was available over in the U.S. The crank went twice, so now i'm always 'over-listening' for any unwelcome noises from my engine. I really hear it badly when my car is driving in an enclosed space, like an underground car park or next to a wall etc.. What about you????
